Thank you for choosing Heritage RV Park. Our goal is to provide a clean, quiet, and enjoyable environment for all guests. These policies are part of your stay. By signing below, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to follow all park rules and the expectations provided in your reservation confirmation.
General park rules
The speed limit throughout the park is 5 MPH and is strictly enforced for the safety of all guests.
Check-in time is 1:00 P.M.
Checkout time is 11:00 A.M.
Sites, grounds, and conduct
Guests are expected to keep their site clean, organized, and free of excessive clutter at all times. Patio furniture and grills are permitted. Outside refrigerators, additional appliances, permanent structures, sheds, or scattered toys are not permitted. Children must be supervised and toys picked up when not in use.
Parking on patios or grass is not allowed. Storage of extra trailers or boats is not permitted. A maximum of two full-sized, non-commercial vehicles is allowed per site. Vehicles with loud exhaust systems are not permitted.
Guests must respect neighbors and maintain reasonable noise levels at all times. Cigarette butts and trash may not be left on the ground. Washing vehicles, campers, and motorhomes is permitted. Any problematic trees or bushes should be reported to management.
Do not dump cooking oils, grease, or grill ashes in the yard, as this damages the grass. Campfires are not permitted.
Each site includes full hookups with 30/50 amp electrical service. Heritage RV Park does not provide public bathrooms or shower facilities.
Trash and dumpster use
Dumpsters are located at Entrances 1 and 3 and are for household trash only. All trash must be securely bagged and boxes must be broken down. Furniture, construction debris, mattresses, and other large items must be disposed of offsite and may not be placed in park dumpsters.
Pet policy
Pets must remain indoors when unattended and may not be left tied up outside. If your pet is outside, it must be on a leash with you present at all times. Guests may not remain inside their camper while their pet is left outside.
Pet waste must be picked up immediately and disposed of in one of the park dumpsters. A fee of $20.00 will be charged each time staff must pick up pet waste left behind by a guest.
Portable pet pens may be used on a temporary basis only and may not become a permanent setup. Pet pens must be placed on the patio so groundskeepers can maintain the grass without interference. Excessive barking or aggressive behavior must be addressed immediately. Pet cable leashes must be removed from the ground so maintenance equipment is not damaged. Pets may not be allowed to urinate on bushes or landscaping, as this damages plants. The dog park is located in the back left corner of the campground.
The dog park is a shared space and is not an area where pets may be allowed to relieve themselves without cleanup. Owners must immediately pick up and dispose of all pet waste. Time in the dog park must be shared respectfully with other guests. Dogs may not be allowed to dig holes or damage the grounds in the dog park.
Damage and cleanup responsibility
Guests are financially responsible for any damage caused to the site or park property. This includes running over cones, lights, or patio corners; dumping grease or causing permanent stains; leaving trash behind; or removing park property such as cones or signage. Additional charges will be assessed as necessary to return the site to a clean, safe, and rentable condition.
Enforcement
Failure to follow these policies may result in additional fees, required corrective action, or termination or shortening of your stay without refund.
