Everything that’s at every site, plus what’s around the property — and an honest list of what we don’t have. We’d rather you know going in than be surprised when you arrive.
What we have
The basics, done well.
Heritage is well-kept and built for the rig you actually drive. Every site is level, full-hookup, and ready to roll the slides out the moment you back in.
Around the property

A note on Wi-Fi
Our network is Wi-Fi 7 across all three bands (2.4, 5, and 6 GHz) — top-tier gear by any measure. Your experience inside the rig may vary based on distance from the nearest access point, ambient interference (the nature of Wi-Fi), and your rig’s construction. Airstreams especially can act as a Faraday cage.
What we don’t have.
We’d rather tell you up front so you can decide whether Heritage fits the trip you’re planning.
Tent camping sites
Heritage is an RV park. Every site is built around full hookups for a rig — no tent-only spots.
Permanent sites
Long stays are welcome. Many medical professionals, contractors, and traveling workers use Heritage as their home base while in the Augusta area. We simply do not offer permanent residency sites.
Public bathhouse or showers
We do not have a public bathhouse or shower facility. Most of our guests use the bathrooms and showers in their RVs, and we’ve never had much demand for a separate facility.
Campfires
Wood-burning fire pits are not allowed, but propane fire pits are welcome.
On-site laundry (yet)
An on-site laundry facility is part of our long-term plans. In the meantime, there’s a very nice laundromat just three minutes down the road.
Pool
We don’t have a swimming pool. This isn’t a resort, and most guests are here for work, travel, or an extended stay. If you’re looking to cool off, Clarks Hill Lake offers beaches, boating, and plenty of room to spread out.
Cable TV
Streaming has largely replaced traditional cable. Rather than investing in cable infrastructure, we focus on providing the best Wi-Fi experience possible for our guests.

A few things to know before you arrive.

- 5 MPH, strictly enforced.
- Payment
- Cash or card. A 3.5% credit card processing fee applies on monthly stays.
- Pets
- Leashed, owner present, waste cleaned up. Pet pens go on the patio so the grounds crew can mow around them.
The full guest agreement is presented as part of every reservation, and you’ll sign it before your stay is confirmed.
